This was a great stay and perfect neighborhood. There are things in walking distance and we were in town for an event at the LIVE which was a perfect distance. The neighborhood was very safe and easy to walk around!

Couldn’t recommend Deanna’s place more! We reached out in a pinch to find a place quickly and she kindly accommodated us. We felt so comfortable and welcome in her beautiful guest house that was serene and relaxing. The surrounding area is also beautiful with Larchmont right down the street!

Loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and absolutely pristine and spotless inside. The pictures accurately describe the place and don’t even do justice to how large the place is The master bathroom and closet are the epitome of old world LA charm with a modern twist. I only wish the weather had been warmer so that we could have used their beautiful pool!

Really exceptional property. Went to dinner in WeHo, game at the rose bowl and a couple of family tourist attractions in LA and nothing was more than 15 minutes. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. We will definitely visit again in LA!

Deanna’s place was the perfect staycation for me and my girlfriend. The guesthouse was exactly as described and felt very peaceful and private, while being close to many great restaurants and LA experiences. Deanna was proactive in making sure we had a smooth stay with no surprises. We had a car with us, and they generously let us make use of their family driveway. Really appreciated the cozy space, comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches (fruit, yogurt, half & half already waiting for us in the fridge). Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our Christmas week here in LA! It was conveniently located near shops, cafes, and attractions, but still very quiet at night. With record rainfall we were lucky to be holed up in such a comfy house! The kitchen was so well stocked; it had everything we needed to make all our holiday meals. The beds were very comfortable too. We appreciated the coffee and other treats upon arrival, and Mac pup appreciated the  enclosed yard, as he could run around to his heart's delight :0)

Era quello che cercavamo, un posto dove sentirsi come a casa. <br/>Molto pulita e ordinata, il salotto luminoso e spazioso, le stanze molto ampie e molto ben arredate. <br/>La cucina grandissima, ben fornita e arredata con molto gusto.<br/>Se dovessi tornare a Los Angeles sicuramente prenoterei di nuovo da lei!

Incredible location, a short hike up to Griffith observatory and short uber to great restaurants and bars. Beautiful large property on corner lot, and nice outdoor areas to hang out. <br/>The A/C was noisy at night next to one of the bedrooms which caused a little sleep disruption. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The rules are stated in a rather harsh fashion. And it would have been great to have a few wine glasses.<br/>Thanks for the stay great overall- would recommend!

This is a really sweet property!  Very good feeling about it, and it was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed.  We had a blip checking in at night as there was no power in the neighborhood, luckily it came on after we took a drive.<br/>It has the charm of a vintage house, but very modern and up to date finishes!  Nice decks and CRAZY views of the valley!  Note to sun lovers, in winter there is not a lot of direct sunlight, but that didn't change our minds about what a lovely stay we had.<br/>Very dog friendly, fenced yard, dog beds, tho very, very clean if your not a dog lover!<br/>All and all a beautiful spot for a restful stay!  ENJOY!

Deanna’s BnB is quite delightful!. It is well appointed in every way from linens to kitchen. The unit is homey and warm, the furniture comfortable and the outside seating area most inviting. We would definitely stay again as it is near family and therefore walk ability was a plus.
