The space Experience the perfect getaway at our contemporary home, which has been featured on HGTV. Enjoy the premium amenities we offer, including hardwood floors, central air and heat, with a fully fenced, gated property & free street parking/parking passes. There are three queen ensuite bedrooms as well as a dedicated work area with desk. Take advantage of our washer and dryer, Sonos system, and Smart TV for your convenience. Relax at our backyard dining and seating area, and enjoy the peace of our quiet, walkable neighborhood. With just a 15-minute drive to Cedars-Sinai and Runyon Canyon, we're centrally located to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Hollywood. You'll also be just minutes away from shopping, eateries, museums, and hiking trails. PLEASE NOTE: • All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions. • Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. • As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $350 is included in reservation total. • Pet fee ($150 /stay) is an additional charge • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. • We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval. • Lost parking passes will incur a $75/pass replacement fee Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the main house with the exception of one interior room off the downstairs hallway and the basement.
