The space On the Main Level, French Doors open into a bright Living Area with Sofa/Seating, Dining Area, High Ceilings, Central Air/Heat, High Speed Wi-fi, Powder Room, compact Stainless Kitchen and access to the gorgeous Garden Areas. The entire Upper Level comprises a spacious Bedroom Suite -- plush Queen Bed, Reading Nook, Desk/Work Area, Vaulted Ceilings, Sky Lights, and Spa Inspired Bathroom with Frameless Glass Shower. When you book your stay with us, every stay gives back. In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a $1 per night donation to support Wolf Connection. Other things to note *SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Perfect for 2! Great for 3 if comfortable with Sofa or Air Mattress options :) *UNLIMITED PARKING: On residential street. Happy to provide use of the driveway for special needs or circumstances :) *PETS: 1 pet of reasonable size (45lbs) per stay, please. Any pet entering the Cottage incurs a one time $75 Pet Fee per stay. *GATE REMOTE: Provided at Check In. Lost Remote incurs $50 Charge. SOFA/SLEEPING: Please note the Living Area sofa is NOT a pullout sofa bed. We HAD one of those - not comfortable as a sofa OR a Bed! We find this sofa a better option - Sleeps 1 comfortably. *EARLY CHECK IN IS VERY RARELY AVAILABLE. We are completely dependent on the scheduling of our (phenomenal!) Cleaning Team - and the Cottage is an actual 2 story HOUSE.
