Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, the peaceful vibes of the hillside and the nearby neighborhood’s charm make it the ideal LA escape. 🏠 The Space • 2 bedroom setting (King Primary & Full Guest bedroom w/built-in closet & desk • Dining, living room & patio areas • Full kitchen w/ gas stove/oven, fridge, ultra-silent Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and an abundance of pots, pans, and utensils to cook up a storm. Your Silverlake Emerald Haven awaits ✨ PLEASE NOTE: • All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions. • Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. • You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $/£500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee. • As of May 2025, the cleaning fee ($400/mid-stay & checkout cleanings)is included in reservation total. This home requires bi-weekly cleanings. Cleanings will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and payment will be requested through the Resolution Center on platform. • Stay will require an additional signature on a simple rental agreement. See image in photos and a digital copy will be emailed for signature once you book. • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. Guest access Guests have access to the main, 2-bedroom, 2-bath house, with a deck off of the primary bedroom. During your stay, you will have sole access to this house, including the private use of the outdoor deck area specific to this space. Please keep in mind, that there are two other units in the building: one below you and one next to you. All places have their own entrances and are completely private from one another. Other things to note When you book your stay with us, every stay gives back. In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a $1 per night donation to support Wolf Connection. Housekeeping staff may occasionally use this room to run a few loads of wash when cleaning the studio, however, the room can be locked and has a separate outdoor entrance. Due to serene and quiet surroundings please plan work-related meetings, and social gatherings/parties, off the property and avoid cell phone conversations on the deck and front courtyard. Please respect the quiet hours between 9pm-9am. Thank you. No personal or business mail is to be delivered to the property. If ordering Amazon, please use the "Amazon Locker" pick-up option nearby. Thanks. Charging of EV vehicles is not permitted on-site. Please use one of the many local EV Charging Stations. Thanks. Please note there is a strict NO-smoking policy both inside and outside, including on the deck, and front courtyard. Smoking is only permitted off-site or outside the gated entrance on the street.
