Our property includes smart lock entry, fast Wi-Fi at 250 Mbps, three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own unique features, including a primary bathroom with a steam shower and warming bench for 2, hardwood floors, central air and heat, a private office, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a heated pool and spa, outdoor and indoor fireplaces, and an in-ground trampoline, all in a fully fenced, private backyard and pool area. Located in the desirable Sunset Square neighborhood, our home is just minutes away from Cedars-Sinai - Runyon Canyon, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Hollywood, as well as shopping, eateries, museums, and hiking. Enjoy free parking with a driveway for one car and 2 parking passes for street parking. PLEASE NOTE: • All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions. • Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. • As of May 2025, the cleaning fee $450 is included in reservation total. • Pet fee ($160 /stay) is an additional charge • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. • We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval. • Lost parking passes will incur a $75/pass replacement fee Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the main house with the exception of the the basement, garage, and room above garage. Guests will have access to the casita featuring a small kitchenette and half bath for convenient use when outside using the pool.
