This home is a unique and historical private Spanish compound that was originally built in 1926 as a Model Home and was used as a Real Estate Office for the Hollywoodland development. Updated to meet today's needs, this two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home boasts both wonderful character and modern amenities, epitomizing California living. The large Chef's kitchen features Carrera marble and Viking appliances and serves as the heart of the home. The spacious living and dining rooms have glass walls that open to create an ideal indoor/outdoor lifestyle, leading out to the pool and cabana fire pit. Upstairs, you will find an incredible primary suite with a decorative fireplace, open-beam circular ceiling, walk-in closet, soaking tub, separate shower, and French doors opening to a grassy area with a fire pit and tiled water feature. The style and ambiance embrace nature, but the property is just minutes away from the heart of Hollywood, Hollywood Reservoir, Griffith Park, the studios, and more. This private oasis is truly a special place to live! PLEASE NOTE: • All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions. • Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. • As of May 2025, the cleaning fee $350 is included in reservation total. • Pet fee ($ 150/stay) is an additional charge • Pool heating charge is $100/day that will be billed directly to the guest via the Resolution Center at time of booking. PLEASE REQUEST if desired. • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. • We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house and grounds. Other things to note Nonpareil Stays is a full service concierge team. You will receive a welcome package upon arrival at the home and we are ready to assist with all of your requests e.g. chef service, masseuse, yoga instructor, car rental, just to name a few.
