This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. • If staying longer than 30 nights, you will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $/£500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee. • As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $500 is included in reservation total. • Pet fee is an additional charge • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
